1. Scope of ServicesEarnOS agrees to provide advertising services (referred to as “Campaigns”) on its platform. Campaigns involve the completion of specific tasks or “Missions” by users on the EarnOS platform.
2. Payment Structure
Payment Methods: Payments may be made via credit/debit card or Direct Deposit.
Standard credit card processing fees will apply.

Client accounts must be prepaid in advance. Campaign costs will be deducted from the credit stored in the client’s EarnOS account. Any unused credit will roll over to the following month. If the allocated budget is exhausted before the end of the month, clients will be notified and may choose to top up their account.
3. Term
This Agreement commences on the Effective Date (the Campaign launch date in 2025) and shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months (the “Term”). Thereafter, it shall continue on a rolling basis until terminated by either party.
4. Campaign Management
Suspension or Pause: Clients may suspend or pause any Campaign at any time via the EarnOS platform, with immediate effect.
Withdrawals: Unused funds may be withdrawn at any time. A standard processing period of 3–5 business days applies due to banking constraints.
5. Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days' written notice. All fees incurred prior to termination will remain payable.
Additionally, both parties reserve the right to cancel the Campaign within 48 hours of launch without penalty.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business, financial, and technical information exchanged under this Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
EarnOS’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for services rendered.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
